· To investigate or to participate in mediation on behalf of the clients;
· To participate in litigation, arbitration or administrative reconsideration within the territory of the People's Republic of China.
2. International Trade
· To provide clients with suggestions about International treaties, international conventions and the domestic laws and regulations on international trade;
· To participate in the negotiations on international trade contract and agreement;
· To solve international trade disputes in China or abroad on behalf of clients;
· To participate in litigation or arbitration in the anti-dumping and anti-subsidy cases investigation in China and overseas investigations.
3. Banking and Finance
· To provide clients with the laws, regulations and the government's restrictions of the financial business;
· To draft the agreement of loan and guarantee files;
· To provide legal planning and services on Syndicated loans for financial institutions;
· To disposal non-performing assets, restrict debt for financial institutions;
· To provide witness services for domestic enterprises to overseas financing.
4. The Intellectual Property Rights
· To assist clients to apply trademark and patent domestic and overseas;
· To provide legal advisory services on industrial property rights and know-how protection;
· To assist clients in dealing with intellectual property rights infringement, investigation and dispute resolution;
· To assist clients in intellectual property rights transactions, such as patent licensing, trademark royalty and proprietary technology cooperation, etc.;
5. Commercial and Maritime
· To handle all kinds of disputes about maritime, including but not limited to freight, ship leasing, ship collision, shipping accidents, general average, cargo damage, salvage and maritime insurance, etc.;
· To assist ports company bidding for Marine engineering;
· To assist the parties to apply to the commodity inspection, survey or joint inspection.
